10 Things You Cannot Miss in Seattle

Pikes Place:
No Seattle visit is complete without a visit to Pike's Place Market! The flying fish, lovely flowers, local vendors, and famous coffee from the world's very first Starbucks is pretty magical

Frankie and Jo's:
The vegan of our crew was stoked for ice cream at Frankie and Jo's, and let me tell ya, this vegan ice cream tasted better than the real deal. I loved the unique flavors (and the pretty wall paper too!)

Gum Wall:
I opted out of this experience (fun fact: gum grosses me out more than anything), but Natalie and Angelika captured some great photos and even contributed to making that gum wall a little more spectacularly gross!

Bar Melusine:
The green and blue decor alone would have been enough to make me fall in love with this restaurant. The fact that it had the best food of our whole trip was just a bonus! I was so excited for dinner at this place in Capitol Hill and it did not disappoint.

Umbria Cafe:
This little gem felt like it fell straight out of Paris! The latte I ordered was the perfect pick me up along our Seattle grand tour!

More Seattle Favorites:
Shug's Soda Fountain: The is the coolest dessert place famous for creative ice cream flavors and spiked milkshakes!
Capitol Hill: This quirky neighborhood was my FAVORITE part of Seattle! So many incredible shops, restaurants, and streets to walk through and explore
The Ferry: Another quintessential Seattle experience! Each day we'd drive onto the ferry from Bainbridge to Seattle and get the most spectacular view
Bainbridge Island: We stayed in an Airbnb on the island and it was the most peaceful, beautiful, and perfect way to see the more quiet side of Washington
Pegasus Coffee: This cute place was on Bainbridge Island and had the best coffee

  1. Seattle is one of my favorite cities. I'd love to live on the west coast for a few years in Seattle or Portland. Both cities have the best vibe!
